FAQ

What kitchens, fleet managers, and homeowners ask before they book.

If your question isn't here, call Victor. He'd rather talk to you for ten minutes now than guess at the scope later.
01 · Compliance & NFPA-96

Compliance & NFPA-96.

NFPA-96 is the national fire code for commercial kitchen ventilation. It defines how often hoods, ducts, and fans must be cleaned (based on cooking volume), what grease thickness is acceptable, and what documentation a code inspector or your insurer can require. We clean to the standard and ship the paperwork with the photos — that's what your inspector and your carrier are looking for.
02 · Scheduling & service

Most commercial kitchen exhaust jobs are scheduled within seven days of your call. We work overnight or before service so you don't lose a shift. Emergency post-fire or pre-inspection turnarounds are usually next-day.
